Shipping Information

We ship all of our Domestic orders via the United States Postal Service - Proirity Mail or Media First Class Mail. The first option, ensures a tracking number and a delivery confirmation receipt. Our in stock product orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order being place and delivery takes 3-5 business days. For the second option, there is no tracking available. We do offer Express delivery and the charges are shown accordingly. All our shipping charges are based on weight and we utilize Real Time Shipping Methods. Many murals, accent murals and personalized items are printed to order usually take 7-10 business days for printing by the manufacturer. They are shipped directly to you via UPS.

For our International orders we ship via United States Postal Service - Proirity Mail International or First Class International Mail. The first option, ensures a tracking number and a delivery confirmation receipt. Our in stock product orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order being place and delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on customs and which country. We do offer First Class International also but this service does not have tracking abilities and delivery is usually 10-21 business days depending on customs. We also offer Express delivery and the charges are shown accordingly. All our shipping charges are based on weight and size of package. We utilize Real Time Shipping Methods.

International customers will be responsible for all duty, taxes, or tariffs that may be due upon delivery of your order. For additional questions, please check with your local post office to determine the full shipping regulations in your home country.
