Decor Ideas LLC, and its web site www.FunDecorForKids.com, believes in the principle of satisfying the customer and making every effort to provide the customer with good service and value because it makes good business sense.
From time to time, Decor Ideas LLC will offer certain products at specially reduced prices and under certain conditions. Items may be non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective from the manufacturer, and will be clearly marked as such. The manufacturer, in its sole discretion, has the right to decide if a product is defective or not. Refunds are not issued unless the manufacturer approves the refund and declares that the product is defective and provides relief.
Non-returnable or Non-refundable Items
Products for sale on our web site are generally returnable for a full refund, unless the product is clearly marked as non-returnable and/or non-refundable at the time of purchase, or the product is returned in a damaged condition and is not re-saleable. Decor Ideas LLC shall have the sole and complete discretion to decide if a product is returned in a damaged condition that prevents it from being re-saleable
Freight and Shipping Costs are Non-refundable
Refunds shall not including the cost of freight or shipping the product(s) to the customer, if the shipment has already been sent to the customer.
Special Orders and Customized/Personalized Products
If a customer cancels a purchase that involved a special order or a customized, or personalized, product, after the item has be ordered from the supplier, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund unless the supplier of said item agrees to cancel the order without cost to Decor Ideas LLC.
